We're looking for a driven and personable Dental Treatment Coordinator who’s passionate about sales and patient care. Your primary focus will be on closing dental treatment plans, building relationships with patients, and offering financial options that make care accessible.

 

 

 

🧩 What You'll Do:
  • Present and close treatment plans with confidence and clarity.
  • Build trust and rapport with patients, ensuring they feel supported.
  • Explain financial options including insurance benefits, in-house plans, and third-party financing.
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to align treatment priorities and schedules.
  • Follow up on unscheduled treatment to help patients get the care they need.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly treatment acceptance goals.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a dental office or sales-focused role (required).
  • Confident communicator and natural closer.
  • Strong understanding of insurance and financing options.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused mindset with a goal-oriented drive.
  • Knowledge of dental software systems (preferred).
